Reiki Healing Energy Sessions I offer Reiki healing energy sessions, pronounced "Ray-Key", which is a Japanese word, with the meaning of "universal life force energy". Reiki is a holistic alternative medicine treatment, which treats the client, bodily, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Reiki can do NO harm. Anyone can receive a healing energy session. Each Reiki session will be unique to each individual client. During a Reiki session, the client lays down on a massage table, or sits in a chair, fully clothed, with shoes off, while I place my hands on or near the client's body, within the energy field. The healing energy will go to where it is most needed for that client, during the session.

Group Reiki Energy Healing Sessions Group Reiki is something you can do with your family or friends. It’s a time to get together and receive, as well as, provide Reiki healing energy treatments to each other. A group Reiki session is a great way to spend time together, and be with your loved ones on a more spiritual level. First, I will talk to the group about how Reiki works, then we will all perform Reiki healing energy sessions as a group on one person at a time. You do not need to be Reiki trained to participate in this session. Each person will receive approximately 20 minutes of Reiki, or more depending on the size of the group.

What is a distance or absentee energy healing? Distance/absentee healing is known as any form of healing energy that is "sent" across time and space, is received and has a healing effect on the recipient. With this type of work, one does not have to be physically present with the healer in order to receive the healing. It may be done over the phone or at a special time set aside and agreed upon between you and the healing energy practitioner.
Is distance energy healing as effective as an in person healing? A distance/absentee healing is equally effective as an in person healing session. This is because in alternative energy healing and holistic medicine therapies the healing energy practitioner is working with the physical, emotional and mental aspects of an individual by accessing the individual’s energy body. The energy body can be accessed very easily at anytime and from anywhere so it does not require you to be physically present with the practitioner.
Can any harm result from a distance energy healing session? Absolutely not!!!! No harm can ever result from an energy healing session.
Who can receive a distance energy healing? Distance/absentee healing can be performed on any humans, babies in utero, plants, nature or animals.
When can I receive the distance energy healing? I will “send” you an energy healing which you will be able to receive at any time that is convenient for you. Please note this energy healing is only accessible one time, unless otherwise specified by me. If you wish to receive further distance energy healings, you will need to set those up with me each time.
Is there anything else to know about receiving this distance energy healing? Since I am a Psychic and Medium, I am able receive intuitive information about you or sometimes messages from your deceased loves ones. I will send you a message or email with all intuitive information and messages I receive while sending you a distance energy healing. If you do not wish to receive any intuitive information or messages, please let me know, I will respect that wish.
How do I access the distance energy healing sent to me? It is very simple to “receive” a distance/absentee energy healing sent to you from a practitioner. Receiving the healing energy can be done at a quiet time or at bedtime when lying down to go to sleep. Simply find a comfortable spot to sit or lie down where you will have minimal to no distractions. If you would like, place both of your hands comfortably somewhere on your body. Request the “download” of energy to begin. Take full, deep, relaxing breaths. Remain in sitting or lying position for at least 15 to 20 minutes. It is okay if your hands eventually fall off your chest or abdomen. It is also fine if you drift off to sleep. You will still receive the healing energy even if you fall asleep. After 15 to 20 minutes, receipt of the distance healing energy session will be complete.
Where does this energy originate from during the distance energy healing? Reiki is not a religion and there it has no dogma. In order to receive Reiki or a distance healing energy session, one does not need to have a certain belief and it will work whether someone believes in it or not. Reiki is known as a universal energy that comes to us from an outside source. The outside source is often referred to as The Higher Power or Universal Maker.

Is there anything else I should know? Be sure to drink plenty of water over the next few days after receiving any energy healing session. It is important to stay well hydrated and the water also helps flush out all of the toxins within your body. Yes, we have physical, emotional, and spiritual toxins within our body. If you are tearful or have a good cry, just let it out. This is your body’s way of getting rid of the old negative feelings, thoughts or past that you don’t need to hang onto anymore.
